Refund policy
Because every Spindle Band is handcrafted, each bracelet is unique.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for purchased items.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or other reasonable resolution.
Because each bracelet is handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, bead placement, and materials are part of what makes every Spindle Band unique and are not considered defects.
We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
• Normal variations in color, texture, or bead placement
• Personal preference after wear
• Damage caused by misuse, excessive force, or improper care
• Custom or personalized orders
